METRA and BNSF freight on a triple track system
In one of my favorite photos taken in Riverside, IL, two westbound trains, travel side by side. On the left track (Main 1) is a METRA passenger train led by METX #181, and on Main 2 is a stacker consist led by BNSF #6541.
Freight train on a rainy day
BNSF #6767 leads a freight consist westbound through historic Riverside, Illinois on a rainy day. Trains run all day, every day, to keep our nation supplied with goods from cars to foodstuffs to parcels. I dedicate my work to the personnel of our remarkable supply chain. Thank you!
